CoreLogic released their Loan Performance report for the month of August, showing that loans 30-days or more past due decreased from 3.8% to 3.7%, while seriously delinquent loans, which is defined as 90-days or more, remained unchanged at 1.3%. Seriously delinquent homes in foreclosure were also unchanged at 0.4%.
