CoreLogic's Loan Performance report for January showed that the health of loans continued to show improvement - Loans 30 days or more past due dropped from 4.1% to 4.0%, while seriously delinquent loans, which is defined as 90 days or more, was dropped from 1.5% to 1.4%. Seriously delinquent homes in foreclosure remained at the very low level of 0.4%.
