CoreLogic released their Loan Performance report for the month of June, showing that loans 30-days or more past due increased from 3.6% to 4.0%, while seriously delinquent loans, which is defined as 90-days or more, remained unchanged at 1.3%. Seriously delinquent homes in foreclosure were unchanged at 0.4%.
